SC to hear Zulfikar Ali Bhutto case from today
ISLAMABAD An 11-member bench of the Supreme Court is resuming the hearing of reference filed by the Federation under Article 186 of the Constitution for revisiting Zulfikar Ali Bhutto (ZAB) case here on Monday (today).
Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, who is celebrating his 63rd birthday on December 12th (today), will preside over the bench.
Other members of the bench are Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Justice Nasirul Mulk, Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, Justice Tariq Parvez, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany and Justice Amir Hani Muslim.
Official sources said PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would witness the proceedings of the court regarding the reference any day but the date had not been finalised.
