QUETTA ,Lawyers should struggle for dispensation of cheap justice, end to corruption at judiciary, rule of law and establishment of Islamic justice system. Independent judiciary and sincere leadership along can provide cheap and quick justice to the nation.

This was stated by Secretary General Jamaat Islami Pakistan Liaqat Baloch while addressing members of Balochistan Bar Association and lawyer leaders at District courts here Wednesday. President Balochistan Bar Association Baz Muhammad Kakar, Amir JI Balochistan Abdul Mateen Akhundzada and others were also present. He said lawlessness, disappearance of political workers and lawyers and instead of recovery of missing persons recovery of dead bodies, highway robberies and worst load shedding has crippled life and created fear. He said due to non recovery of missing persons and recovery of mutilated dead bodies a serious reaction prevails among youth of Balochistan. If a foreign hand is involved in deteriorating situation in Balochistan, unveiling them and taking people of the province into confidence is responsibility of the rulers. Lawlessness is created with the support and desire of the institutions.

He said elements responsible for flight of national wealth to foreign countries are national criminals. He said protests being held in Islamic world and other countries are against dictatorship and American terrorism and religious parties are on their back. Answering a question Liaqat Baloch said traders, lawyers, judges and people of minority community are made disappear what government and its institutions doing. On the other hand price spiral, unemployment and worst load shedding has added to miseries of the people. He said Jamaat Islami has protested for the recovery of missing persons, independence of judiciary and American interference in the country. Jamaat waged a strong role for the recovery of missing persons of Balochistan and staged! a sit i n in Islamabad. If all the national parties work with the same spirit and sincerity of Balochistan issues resolution there is no reason it is not resolved. He asked the rulers and government instead of sprinkling oil on fire announce national jirga for resolving problems wherein national parties, lawyers and others should sincere think resolution of problems.

He said unfortunately under a well conceived plan, Balochistan youth are pushed behind in education, development and employment. Judiciary do takes notice about incidents in Balochistan, orders issued but no result is seen. Only one thing is visible that is mutilated dead bodies are found. Military operation has created problems and instead of resolution of Balochistan issue, it has created reaction. Government is failed and parliament has no role. Baz Muhammad Kakar while thanking leaders of Jamaat Islami said that we consider all the parties asset of the country. Jamaats sincere efforts about independence of judiciary are before the nation. Incidents of kidnapping of judges and lawyers have annoyed them from the profession.
