Arrest Of Kashmiri Youth Evokes Demos In Sopore,Baramulla

Srinagar, In occupied Kashmir, the people of Sopore and Baramulla towns observed complete shutdown and staged forceful demonstrations against the arrest of innocent Kashmiri youth by Indian police.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the complete shutdown paralysed routine life in the areas as all the shops and business establishments remained closed while traffic was off the roads. The residents told media men that Indian troops raided the old town area and harassed the inmates besides damaging the doors and windows of the houses. They said that the troopers subjected several youth to brute force who were shifted to the hospital. They said that the troopers also damaged the shops and vehicles to spread panic in the area. Clashes were witnessed between the protesters and the police on the occasion.

GMA daughter Luli Arroyo, 40, is expecting twins from her three-year marriage with investment banker Luigi Bernas, according to an unconfirmed report from a Malacaang-friendly source.
