Three persons booked
Islamabad: Three persons were booked by Dhudial Police as they intervene into the matter of judicial work at village Dhoke Alfu.Bailiff Ghulam Hassan of Civil Judge Muhammad Aslam Panjotha went to village Dhoke Alfu to arrest an accused whose warrant of arrest wasissued by the court. When the bailiff tried to arrest Nasir Raza, he resisted. In the meantime two women also came and they interfere into the judicial work. ASI Munir Ahmad registered a case against the accused and started searching them. In the meantime a gunman of judicial Magistrate Choa Saiden Shah empowered a person when he came to appear before the court. Constable Gun Man Nisar Ahmad arrested Ali Murtaza Shah who was possessing 30 bore pistol and 12 bullets. On the order the Judge Sub Inspector Nosherwan registered a case against the accused and started investigation.
