VC pays surprise visit to Institute of Sindhology

Hyderabad: The Vice Chancellor University of Sindh, Prof. Dr. Nazir A. Mughal has paid surprise visit to Institute of Sindhology and inspected repair work of Pir Hissamuddin Rashidi Auditorium, here Tuesday.

The Director of the Sindhology Muhammad Qasim Maka on this occasion briefed the Vice Chancellor about repair work and informed that all repair work has been done including electricity fitting. He further informed that arrangements of new seats and fitting of seats in auditorium is in pending. He also proposed formation of committee to check the quality as well purchase of seats for fixing at the auditorium. The Vice Chancellor while approving proposal of the Director approved the formation of a committee for seating arrangement for the auditorium. He also appreciated beautification work done by the management of Sindhology and also waiting spots and other arrangements for the visitors. It was further informed the Vice Chancellor that on every Sunday and on holiday's the Sindhology Museum has been remained open for the visitors. The Registrar Dr. Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro and other officials of the Sindhology were present.
